David W. Mildenberg
David Mildenberg serves as the Editor of Business North Carolina magazine in Charlotte, a position he has served since 2014. He previously worked in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Greensboro and Raleigh for various media organizations, including Bloomberg News and American City Business Journals and the Charlotte Observer. In the mid-1980s, Mildenberg taught introductory journalism courses at UNC Charlotte as a part-time instructor, and he has continued to supervise undergraduate and graduate students engaged in internships.
David completed a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from UNC Charlotte.
Mildenberg and his wife, Janet, reside in Charlotte, NC.
